On the afternoon of August 18, 2023 Fushun County Rural revitalization demonstration Belt series of activities - the second Fushun Single piece Fungus Harvest Festival was held in Fushun County, Fushun Town.
This harvest Festival is sponsored by the CPC Fushun County Committee, Fushun County People's Government, Liaoning Edible Fungi Association, Liaoning Sanyou Agricultural Biotechnology Group Co., LTD., Fushun County Agriculture and Rural Bureau, County Science and Technology Association, County Women's Federation, county Trade Union, Fushun County Culture and Tourism Bureau, Fushun County Industry and Information Technology Bureau, Fushun County Federation of Industry and Commerce, Houan Town People's government. The whole harvest festival includes more than ten links such as the construction report of the rural revitalization demonstration belt, the unveiling ceremony of the "Fushun Gift" quality agricultural products, and the award of the rural rich leader.
At the Harvest Festival party, Sun Hongwen, member of the Standing Committee of Fushun County Party Committee and Minister of the United Front Work Department, introduced the construction of Fushun County rural revitalization industry demonstration belt. In the introduction of Minister Sun Hongwen, we learned that in April 2023, Fushun County has been identified as the founding unit of the 2023 Rural revitalization Demonstration belt in Liaoning Province, becoming the first batch of counties in the province and the only one in the city to be selected to create the Liaoning Rural revitalization Demonstration Belt. Fushun County adheres to the idea of "high-quality Party building leading rural revitalization" to form a demonstration pattern of party building leadership, multi-faceted linkage and integration in various fields. The demonstration belt has been built with a total length of about 44.6 kilometers, relying on the most beautiful rural road Fujin Line in Fushun County to connect 5 administrative villages in Shangma Town, 7 administrative villages in Houan Town and 3 administrative villages in Mahuan Township. The radiation area along the belt is about 330.34 square kilometers, covering a population of 12312 people.
Fushun County government adheres to the development orientation of "ecological township Fushun County, urban leisure back garden" and the spatial layout of "one axis, nine core, multi-point series". Through step-by-step implementation, the demonstration belt will be built into a green organic food planting base in eastern Liaoning, a provincial agricultural product processing agglomeration area, a leisure vacation health base and a fine demonstration line for Party building + tourism. And according to the mode of "one district and multiple parks", Fushun County agricultural product processing agglomeration area is planned and constructed. The core area of the agglomeration area covers an area of 165 mu, and the total investment of 50 million yuan is planned to build a high-standard agricultural product incubation park equipped with agricultural product testing, sewage treatment, storage and cold storage facilities. And learned that this year Fushun County will focus on the promotion of "under the forest hazelnuts" planting, give full play to the lever role of supporting policies, through 3 to 5 years, to become "the first county under the forest hazelnuts". Fushun County will resolutely implement the decision-making and deployment of the CPC Central Committee on the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the work requirements of the provincial and municipal committees, and solidly carry out the creation of the rural revitalization demonstration belt. It is also believed that the creation of rural revitalization demonstration belt will bring new breakthroughs for the overall revitalization of Fushun County. It is expected that the successful experience and model promotion of the demonstration belt will further stimulate the vitality of rural economic development and improve the happiness index of rural residents.
